Due to hygiene and sanitary regulations, we strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on the following products:

 Jelly Bras / Adhesive Undergarments: Once these items have been opened or removed from their original packaging, they cannot be resold or worn by another customer.

Makeup & Cosmetics: Any beauty, cosmetic, or skincare product is final sale to ensure product integrity and hygiene.

Please Note: This policy applies to all jelly bras and makeup items, regardless of whether they appear unused, unopened, or are still in their original packaging. We highly recommend double-checking your sizes, shades, and product selections before checking out.
